Building Support Program

This program provides government subsidies for a portion of installation costs
when renewable energy systems (PV · BIPV) are installed in general buildings excluding residential houses.

  • Support is provided only for self-consumption installations
  • Electricity sales are not permitted
  • Supported capacity may be adjusted based on committee evaluation
  • Buildings subject to mandatory installation by local governments are excluded
  • Reduces electricity costs and enhances ESG · RE100 response and corporate image
Eligible Buildings
  • General Buildings
    Owners of commercial buildings such as retail stores, factories, warehouses, and churches
  • Corporate / Industrial Complex Buildings
    Companies pursuing RE100 and tenants within industrial complexes
  • Special-Purpose Facilities
    Business facilities such as livestock barns and agricultural buildings

Support Details

As of 2025, installation subsidies are provided for Photovoltaic (PV) and Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) systems.
