    • More than 70% resident consent required
  • Project Operator
    • Formation of a local-based (social) cooperative
    • Participation of at least 10 residents living over 1 year
    • Cooperative responsible for operation and management
    • Application process in cooperation with local government
    • Village assembly and board-led decision making
  • Solar Power Scale
    • Standard scale: 300kW ~ 1,000kW
    • Projects exceeding 1,000kW may be exceptionally selected
